Northeast Metro 916 is committed to prioritizing equity in all of the work across the district. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Department oversees the district's equity vision, builds goals with district data and commitments, and identifies barriers and solutions to systemic equity.
The department leads staff across sites and positions and exists to listen, collaborate, critique, and influence the district's equity work.
