Attendance

State law requires all students under the age of 18 to attend school. To report a student's absence for the day please contact Mahtomedi Learning Center at 651-762-2480.

Change of Student Information

If a student has moved or has a new phone number please contact the main office to have the information changed in our student reporting database.

Records Requests

To obtain your official transcript please allow at least two business days to process your request and please provide us with the following information:

First and Last name
Date of Birth
Address of where the transcript will be sent
Fax number if the transcript is being faxed (will not be considered official if faxed)

For all other records such as testing scores, Immunization records, and special ed records please follow the same procedure. If you are a school requesting records please send an records request via fax to 651-762-2485 or e-mail it to shana.ische@nemetro.k12.mn.us. Thank you.
